Kantakari is one of the root of Dashamoola (group of ten roots). It is a very important plant of Ayurveda. The whole plant is useful in various conditions. Kantakari is mainly used for cough, cold, asthma and respiratory tract conditions and also used for piles. It is also used as a laxative drug.
