Eczema means a boiling over of the skin and is characterised by spontaneous eruptions. It is also characterised by papulo vesicullated eruption. In Ayurveda, it is called vicharchika. It is primarily of two types, the dry and the wet. In the former, there is no exudation whereas in the type water may come out of the patches, either by scratching or without it.
Kaishor Guggulu, Gandhak Rasayan, Arogyavardhini Vati, Sarivadi Vati and manjishtadi kashay are the treatment of eczema.
