How to have it: On an empty stomach, have an amala on a regular basis.

Ingredients: 5 Grams of Neem Leaves

How to have it: Take 5 grams of neem leaves and grind it to make a fine paste using mortar and pestle. Put it at the back of your throat and swallow it. It might taste the worst, but it’s the best mate for your stomach! Have it on an empty stomach and do not eat or drink anything for an hour.
Benefits: Neem is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal agent. Do not take neem for more than 15 days. Besides, neem also treats eye diseases, nose bleeding, stomach upset and liver problems.

 

Immunity Booster 3

Ingredients: Giloy and Brahmi

How to have it: One can have the readily available Giloy (Immunity booster) or Brahmi(memory enhancer) juice in the market. Tablets  form is also available in the market; one may have that too.

Benefits: Subsume these herbs into your daily regime to boost your immunity, memory power, strength and intelligence.

Remember: These herbs produce heat in your body, so make sure you’re having buttermilk by your side.

Ingredients: 5 Grams of Phyllanthus Niruri; also known as Stone Breaker

How to have it: Take 5 grams of Phyllanthus Niruri leaves and grind it to make a fine paste and then swallow it on an empty stomach every morning.

Benefits: Phyllanthus Niruri leaves help in fighting against gall bladder and kidney stone. It strengthens your liver and rises immunity and is the solution for Hepatitis B.

Ingredients: 1/2 inch of freshly peeled ginger

How to have it: Grab ½ inch of freshly peeled ginger before meals.

Benefits: Ginger is loaded with a lot of benefits. It has anti-oxidants properties. The herb stimulates your metabolism and results in boosting your immunity.

1. IMPROVE YOUR DIET

The food you consume plays a key role in maintaining your immune system. Eating low carb food will help you control blood pressure. Consuming food which is rich in Beta Carotene, Ascorbic Acid and other essential vitamins, on a regular basis will also help in keeping your body in shape.

2. Have Proper Rest

The lack of sleep will prevent the body from doing its work and this will diminish other body functions that will have a direct impact on your immunity. 3. Don’t Prance Exercise

A good diet should be led by an exercise routine. Exercise regularly, even light exercise will go a long way in releasing the toxins from your body. It is recommended to exercise for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your stamina. If you have not started exercising yet, then, the right time is always NOW.
